New Age Air

What sold me on New Age Air and placed them above similar service providers was their honesty. When I made service calls with other providers they were constantly trying to sell me a new furnace and or air conditioner. However, New Age would promptly come out, evaluated the situation and honestly suggested the best solution or service for me not them. This was most refreshing and after several years when it can time to make the major investment to change heating and cooling systems I gladly gave New Age the business because I knew they would treat me right.

New Age Air is professional

When I wanted to find an HVAC contractor, I asked around and got five different local Collegeville area names. Two never called me back, one could send a sales guy for free estimates, but he couldn’t evaluate existing equipment or a tech who could would charge a visit fee to evaluate. Then I talked to New Age Air and they were so great so I never called the fifth name. Jason came out as both a tech and a sales guy and was immensely helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve since had New Age Air to my house for several minor and/or emergency repairs to our 12+ year old contractor-grade units. They have always responded immediately, professionally and honestly.

One visit really stands out. The 1st floor AC unit was out: unit on, fan on, compressor not on, June 2008, not good. Matt came out about an *hour* after my call and we poked at the system, which had a bad capacitor. Matt replaced the capacitor but the compressor still wouldn't work. We then discussed repair/replace options for the compressor and decided on a repair which would require getting parts. But before he left he remembered that my particular compressor had a thermal fuse, so we tried it again and it worked. It had just needed to cool down after the capacitor was replaced. So instead of $600+ the repair was less than $200. How about that? That earned them my business for as long as I live in their service area. They know what they are doing, are friendly, helpful, professional, honest and they actually show up when they say they will. I can’t say enough so I’ll just stop and end with: I highly recommend New Age Air, they are great!

Extremely knowledgeable, Very professional

I purchased a hybrid heating, air conditioning system from New Age Air. I had used them before for repairs to my old system, and each time they fixed the problem with no repeat issues. They did a great job in recommending a replacement system and then installing it. They described in detail ahead of time exactly what they were going to do so there were no surprises, other than how QUIET my new system is! The left the house cleaner than when they started the installation. They made it clear that they would be accessible after the installation if I had any questions or problems. I would not hesitate to recommend New Age Air.

Excellent Service / Product

We had a Geothermal Heating/Cooling system, tankless hot water heater, and water softener installed by New Age Air in October of 2008. A year later, and everything is working perfectly. They did a great job with the installation and the service afterwards to address a few minor issues with the tankless hot water heater were great. I would highly recommend them. After a full year, we are saving over $100 a month average in our gas/electric (PECO) bills.

Excellent service at an excellent price

We started looking at replacement heating and cooling systems for our 12 year old builder grade system. We spoke with a company at the home show last year with a high efficiency heat pump, and several other contractors as well. New age was able to offer the exact same systems at a better price, but we went with a heat pump system with gas furnace backup that they recommended. We have only had the system 6 months so it is still too early to figure out our energy savings but the service we received was fantastic. We stumbled on them about 5 years ago when we need an emergency AC repair. They had someone at our house in an hour and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. We called them back 2 more times for emergency repairs on our heating system and never had to wait more than an hour.

When we were comparing systems, Jason spent several hours with us over several nights and answered phone and e-mail questions. Jason was able to answer questions and give us well reasoned explanations why he suggested the system he did, over the other systems. The other contractors could not do this. Ultimately, we chose New Age because they were always quick, courteous, and honest with us. There prices were reasonable and we felt we could trust them, the work they do, and the price they charge.

Outstanding Excellent Great!!!

New Age Air installed a geothermal system (groundwater heat pump) in my home 4 years ago. They removed the air conditioning unit, oil burner, removed and replaced the air delivery duct work in the basement, installed equipment for three zones (levels) of heating and cooling, coordinated with the well driller, and assisted driller with equipment connections. It was a hot and humid August when the work began and my wife was pregnant and the baby could come at anytime. My wife went into labor the day the driller came to install the delivery lines. When my wife came home from the hospital she had air conditioning. New Age Air was great they even cleaned up my basement when my sewage ejector pump failed. Their work is of the highest quality and they pay strict attention to every detail. I wish every contractor I worked with had the ethics; professionalism and commitment to quality like New Age Air I highly/strongly recommend you hire them to be your HVAC contractor.

Always the best service

I have been using New Age Air since I moved into my home in 2001. The entire team has provided the highest level of service one could hope for. Whether a routine maintenance, urgent repair, or unusual request (like needing a unit moved out of the way for an egress window installation and then put back the same day, eight hours later), New Age Air is there, ready, willing, and able to help. I can't recommend them enough.

Sales and Service

I purchased a new heating system from New Age Air a little over a year and a half ago. Everyone I have dealt with at New Age has been very friendly and helpful. The installation was very professional, on time and in budget as projected. I have also purchased a service contract for maintenance including two central AC units. I love the fact they contact you when it is time for the cleaning, so you do not have to worry about it. The maintenance is very thorough on both heating and AC units.
